Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, complete a return first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to return your order for any reason. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
